About
I am an interaction designer in the San Francisco Bay Area, with more than 7 years of professional experience in web development and design. I started my career from the technical side, but wanted to do more to create the best experience for the user, so I transitioned to interaction design.
Through my work experience at Yahoo!, eBay, and PayPal, I've worked on a variety of projects, including overall site redesigns, designing new functions and features, improving existing tools, creating promotional pages and newsletters, and more.
I have extensive experience in the area of ecommerce, with a focus on tools for merchants to run their online retail businesses, including order management, inventory, store customization, and especially shipping.
I am currently a member of the Information Architecture Institute, the Interaction Design Association (IxDA), and BayCHI.
